Enhance surface properties
• Abrasion resistance: Spraying tungsten carbide (WC-Co), chromium carbide (Cr3C2-NiCr) and other high-hardness materials can greatly improve the hardness of the workpiece surface and reduce wear (such as gears, hydraulic rods).
• Corrosion resistance: Sprayed with nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel 625), cobalt-based alloys (e.g., Stellite 6) or ceramic coatings (e.g., Al₂O₃-TiO₂) to resist corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, salt spray (e.g., chemical pumps, ship components).

Repair worn or corroded workpieces
• Spray and repair worn shafts, molds, hydraulic cylinders and other components to restore dimensional accuracy and extend service life, at a much lower cost than replacing new parts.
